SICAM Pordenone 2025

Nerosicilia Group participated in SICAM 2025 in Pordenone, an important international exhibition dedicated to components and materials for the furniture industry.
On this occasion, the company presented a visionary kitchen project together with designer Alberto Minotti and technical partner MVK+ITALIA.

The project was conceived to explore new aesthetic and construction possibilities in the world of contemporary furniture.
It also stems from a desire to anticipate the future of design, combining materials, technology and construction techniques in a language consistent with Nerosicilia's production philosophy.

This experimental approach, however, is not limited to formal research.
On the contrary, it aims to go beyond traditional aesthetic and production standards, transforming innovation into a concrete and tangible reality.

For this reason, the company welcomed visitors to Hall 4, Stand D11, presenting a kitchen unit that combines elegance, research and material identity.
This project fully represents the continuous evolution and vision for the future of the Nerosicilia Group.

The SICAM Alberto Minotti project: elegance and material continuity

The star of the stand was a refined and innovative kitchen unit designed by Alberto Minotti.
The concept is inspired by a fluid ribbon that emerges from the wall, forms a peninsula and returns to its starting point.
This creates a visual effect of continuity and harmony between the surfaces.

The structure is made of white Lava Tech, with a brand new matt finish composed of strips of different sizes.
The front doors and drawers are covered in Mosaicomicro – graphite-colouredMattoncini collection.
This combination enhances the contrast between light and material, perfectly expressing the balance between design, functionality and craftsmanship.

Emotional panels and textured surfaces: a Nerosicilia's visual narrative

To complete the display, the exhibition wall featured a series of circular and oval-shaped panels, which served as true elements of sensory inspiration.
These panels showcased all the finishes and surfaces in natural lava stone, glazed, decorated and coloured in solid colours, in both glossy and matt versions.

The sensory journey allowed visitors to explore different textures and shades, including those of Ragusa pitch limestone.
In addition, the carefully studied colour palette ranged from grey to beige, creating a refined and harmonious whole.

This exhibition, therefore, conveyed the spirit of Nerosicilia Group: research, balance and materiality, always at the service of architectural projects and contemporary design.

Materials, research and collaboration: the signature of Nerosicilia Group

Participation in SICAM represented a key moment for expressing the corporate philosophy of the Nerosicilia Group.
The company has always been focused on research into natural materials and promoting Italian design.

Every detail has been designed to combine strength, beauty and sustainability, maintaining an authentic link with Sicilian volcanic material, the heart of the company's production.
At the same time, the collaboration with MVK+ITALIA has made it possible to combine craftsmanship and technology, demonstrating how these two aspects can coexist perfectly in a project of high aesthetic and technical value.

Finally, this synergy confirms Nerosicilia Group's ongoing commitment to a future where innovation and tradition interact naturally.
