Timeless Elegance
Situated on a hill in the historic center of Vilnius, this project offers breathtaking views of the entire cityscape of the Old Town. The main objective of the interior design was to create a space that complements, rather than competes with, the panoramic views, providing an atmosphere of elegant tranquillity and timeless design from which it is possible to fully appreciate them.
To realize this vision, every detail was carefully considered to maintain a light, fresh, and airy atmosphere, avoiding an overload of conspicuous design elements. The materials and furnishings were chosen with great care, opting for contemporary solutions that harmonize with the historic nature of the building without overwhelming it.
In this context, the bathroom wall coverings played a key role. Micro 6 mosaic was chosen for its subtlety and discretion, allowing the creation of surfaces that add texture and depth without distracting from the surrounding views. Its small size and understated design helped maintain a clean and refined appearance, which was essential to respecting the overall aesthetics of the project.
This project in Vilnius is a perfect example of how design can create environments that honor and enhance the historical context while offering modern and functional living spaces. The Micro 6 mosaic, with its discreet elegance, is a testament to how the right materials can transform a space, achieving a perfect balance between past and present.
