The designers of a historic villa were faced with the challenge of balancing respect for the past with the demands of the present.
The villa, once nestled in the countryside, is now surrounded by modern buildings. The developer, a notary descended from the family that originally built the villa, was determined to save it from demolition.
The designers worked to restore the villa and preserve its original features while adapting it to meet the needs of a luxury hotel.
The result is a villa that retains its historical charm while also being modern and inviting.
