An archaic material, and skilful hands that transform it through the power of fire. This is lava stone from Etna returning to its original state: volcanic magma. Melting curves, times and temperatures transform the lava stone into an expressive face that is both millenary and ultra-contemporary. The surfaces communicate new sensations.
