Mosaicomicro Wins Best of Show at the NKBA Inspire Awards at ICFF 2026
During ICFF 2026, one of the most important international events dedicated to contemporary design, Mosaicomicro received the Best of Show award at the NKBA Manhattan Chapter Inspire Awards in New York.
A recognition that celebrates years of research dedicated to transforming recycled glass into contemporary surfaces, where innovation, sustainability and design culture converge.
Created through a production process that combines artisanal expertise and advanced technologies, Mosaicomicro was born from the desire to give new life to reclaimed material, transforming it into mosaics and surfaces for architecture, interior design and contract applications.
The award received in New York represents an important confirmation of the international interest in materials capable of combining aesthetic quality, technical research and environmental responsibility.
ICFF also provided an important opportunity to present the entire multi-material ecosystem of Nerosicilia Group to the American audience. Alongside the Mosaicomicro collections, the exhibition featured Nerosicilia’s Mount Etna lava stone, Pietra Pece from Ragusa, the collections of Domenico Mori, and the natural marble craftsmanship of Marmi Santa Caterina.
Different materials, united by the same design vision: enhancing the value of matter through design, craftsmanship and continuous research.
Receiving the Best of Show award at the NKBA Inspire Awards represents a significant milestone for Mosaicomicro, but above all an encouragement to continue pursuing the path of innovation that has always defined the project.
